Administrative Staff

Caleb Leach, Managing Director

Caleb’s responsibilities include overseeing fundraising, recruiting, community awareness, and many of the day-to-day logistics that keep KnoxCAM operating smoothly. His vision, enthusiasm, and drive are invaluable as we look to the future of KnoxCAM. He is an answer to several years of prayer, and we welcome him with great joy!

Caleb has been an actor with KnoxCAM since our founding in 2009, and he knows us from the inside out. He comes to us with an extensive skill set that includes degrees in theater and sports broadcasting; experience as a professional actor, director, and writer; a background in sales and marketing; and most of all, a huge heart for the Lord and for people, and a deep commitment to using the performing arts to carry the good news of Jesus into the world.

Jill Holder, Online Content Creator and Film Coordinator

Jill promotes community awareness for KnoxCAM through weekly posts on social media, designing and sending out our Grace Note newsletters, and regular updates to our website design and content. She also oversees promoting and distributing our films.

Her background in acting, producing, sales and marketing, teaching, amazing creativity and design experience, boundless enthusiasm, and ability to gently hold the rest of us to deadlines have blessed us richly. She is especially passionate about faith-based film projects, bringing order to the chaos, and the tenet that good planning with a focus on details and a calm demeanor are key elements of any project. In addition to her acting/producing career and her work with KnoxCAM, Jill is a women’s speaker who teaches on how to overcome difficulties and grow in a personal relationship with the Lord. She is the mom of five children that she adores and is happily married to Timothy Holder, an author, actor, and radio show host.
